Minor visual inconsistency (1.6.0)

If there is "ShowContextMenuIcons" key in the registry (HKCU\Software\TortoiseSVN) and it's set to 0 TSVN correctly doesn't show any icons in its context menus. But it shows context menu icons everywhere else - Repo-browser, "Commit" dialogue, "Show log" dialogue etc.
Windows XP, 32bit, SP3
