TC case 6 does not mark WC as conflicted

Hi Stefan,

Tree conflict case 6 has its conflict on a missing file and although
the conflict shows in CfM, the parent directory is only marked with a
modified overlay and not conflicted. Not sure if this is also true
with any of the other TC cases.
