Place Auto Tag Periodically after the 20:00 hours

Hi

I would like to know if it´s possible place one auto tag periodically after of 20:00 hours.

The reason for this is that the developers wants save the work of them in one tag every day but they forget sometimes.

Is it possible throught of one script in perl ?
