Tree conflict bugs

Hi folks,

CfM shows a summary of normal, added, conflicted etc files. If there
is a tree conflict it is not counted in the conflict summary (tested
case 2 tree conflict on file).

Tree conflict case 2 on file, right click on conflicted file or the
parent folder and select Resolved. Resolved dialog says the file list
is empty.
