Bug: Moving deleted folders to changelists

Hi!

If I have deleted a folder, it's not possible to right-click it in the
CfM-dialog and add it to a named changelist. Files works fine, but the
folder itself lacks the "Move to changelist" submenu. It's also not
possible to add it to a changelist via drag'n'drop.

Confirmed on: TortoiseSVN 1.5.7 & TortoiseSVN 1.5.99, Build 15257
