TSVNCache uses 100% processor time on quad-core pcs

Hello,

I had multiple reports over the last months about the TSVNCache.exe process
stalling quad-core pcs while it updates the cache's content.
Someone else reported the issue last summer in the "TSVNCache bug" thread,
but I can't find what resulted of this.

Is this bug still open?
