File added with history appears as modified in WC

Hi folks,

Having located the file I wanted in the repo browser history I then
copied it to my WC. CfM shows it as Added (+), which is what I expect,
but the status icons show it as modified. TSVN->Diff shows there are
no changes - because I haven't changed it (yet). Is this expected?

Nightly r15304 again.
