What is the current value for the status cache setting? (TSVN ->
Settings -> Icon Overlays -> Status Cache).

If you open Task Manager do you see a process named "TSVNCache.exe"?
If it's there does it run under your current account or under another
(admin) account?

And which version of Windows Explorer you normally use - the 32bit or
the 64bit one? I suppose it's the 64bit one but I'm asking just in
case.
