RE: Diffing added files

And there's no way locally to see if it's added or added with history?

Another possibility would be to have the same behavior as you will get
if you try to diff a file that has locally been added. That is, open
TortoiseDiff but with the left pane empty. (This could be done after
roundtrip to the repo.)
