Yes.

It still happens with the latest nightly if I remove the gdiplus.dll
that I downloaded from the TSVN bin-directory.

The message is as follows:

I'm also running Microsoft Automatic Update and have installed all
updates recommended by it.

Where is the gdiplus.dll located on your machine?
