Nope, because you can save to *.wmf without GDI+.

That's not our fault, MS provides GDI+ that way.

The reasons are:
* GDI+ is not a small dependency
* GDI+ is installed on XP and later, only the ancient Win2k doesn't have it
* users still using win2k most likely have GDI+ already installed by
other applications anyway (if you're running the same OS for nine years,
those chances are very high)
* the few lost souls who still need to install GDI+ can do so manually,
even if it's not as user friendly as you like

I'm considering dropping win2k support for TSVN for the next release
(1.6) - and if not for 1.6, then definitely for 1.7.
