RE: IBugTraqProvider2

I have an implementation for IBugTraqProvider that works fine. I tried to implement IBugTraqProvider2 with the same class (as shown in ExampleCsPlugin). However, when I start to commit, the button is still invoking IBugTraqProvider instead of IBugTraqProvider2. I ran this C# code add it came back true for both interfaces. I'm running TortoiseSVN version 1.5.6. I have no bugtraq properties set on the project - I was unsure how those new properties work. Is there any magic I may be missing?
