TortoiseUDiff as a separate install

Hi, I was wondering if it might be possible to make udiff install similar to TortoiseOverlays. Since the seperate install for that was in an effort to make different tortoise clients co-exist nicely. It might make sense to do so for common (standalone) tools aswell, instead of fighting over file associations and one borking the install of another or breaking when one is uninstalled?
