Feature request: Snarl notifciations support

Hi,

I am a longterm user of TortoiseSVN and I do everything I develop with
it. So thank you for that. :)

I now have a feature request: can we include some Snarl notifications
(http://www.fullphat.net) when e.g. a commit has completed of failed or
a checkout completed and so on?

I am just downloading your sourcecode (using TortoiseSVN of course) and
will have a look myself - but what do you think about this!?
