Patch: Small changes to TMerge

Hi,

The attached patch fixes two small issues with TMerge:

- Jumping to first diff on load: we now select the first diff in
addition to scrolling there. This makes subsequent going to next/prev
diff behave better. Also, the line diff panel displays the first line of
the diff instead of the line under the mouse (to achieve this, the first
few mouse move messages on open are ignored).

- When reloading the file, the scoll position is unchanged. Previously,
lines could be miscounted and the window would scroll on reload.
