[TSVN] [Bug report?] "Resolved" menu always shows in the context menu.

Hi all..

I tested it for TSVN-1.5.99-r14651 nightly build.

When I click a right button of mouse(a blank area of Explorer).
The "Resolved..." menu always shows in the context menu.

I think that
there is no need to show a "Resolved..." menu.
