Trying to rename in the repository browser causes this error.

analyst_orig_6006(10_07)w%5B1%5D.pdf was exact name (brackets had been
converted) and was trying to rename it to analyst_orig_6006(10_07)w.pdf.

* what version of TSVN are you using?
* where do you try to rename such a file?
* what's the exact filename before? And to what do you try to rename it?
