Check for Modifications Dialog, copy files/paths

I had a co-worker ask if there was a way to "copy" all unversioned (and
modified) files from a working copy to a new location. It got me thinking
about the check for modifications dialog option where it copies the paths to
the clipboard. It would be nice if the copy command was able to paste the
files (and directories) into the location in Explorer where you paste it. I
am not even sure if it is possible or not, but thought I would toss the idea
out there.
