links to repository in docs

Simon,

There are a lot of links to our source repository in the docs. But most
users don't know that they have to enter "guest" as the username and
leave the password empty to gain access to it.

I suggest we (ok, you :) ) create a new doc page explaining that, and
link always to that page instead of directly to the repository. Or maybe
provider two links, one to the repo and one to the explaining page.

Or maybe you have a better idea?
