Icon/hint text for the 'up' button in the Repo-Browser

Hi Folks,

Is there any particular reason, why the 'up' button in the repository browser doesn't have the classical 'folder up' icon used in explorer? Maybe the Vista icon is the same, but I'm no vista user ;)

I'm also missing a hint text "Folder|level up" or "Up one folder|level".
The button could/should be disabled when we are viewing the repository root.
