Revert & Unversioned Files

Hi,

As you know, there's an option in TortoiseSVN to have unversioned files or
directories mark parent directories as "modified". However, when doing going
to "TortoiseSVN >> Revert" at a parent directory, unversioned files do not
appear. I would like to propose that there be a "Show unversioned items"
checkbox at the bottom of the revert dialog. This way, I can view any
unversioned files or directories causing my overlays to show up as modified.
Checking any unversioned items and pressing OK results in them being deleted
to the recycle bin.

What do you think about this idea? I think there's an inconsistency between
"revert" and the option to enable parent directories to be marked as
modified when they contain unversioned items.
