IBugTraqProvider2

Hi Roger,

I need your help :)
Since you were the one who implemented the IBugTraqProvider in TSVN, you
might know what I did wrong and can fix it.

To allow bugtraq providers to change an issue after a successful commit
(e.g., to close the issue or to add a comment about the commit), I've
extended the IBugtraqProvider interface with another method:
OnCommitFinished().

It already works very well, and the ATL example also works. But the C#
example doesn't. And I can't get it to work. I've spent already several
hours trying to find out what's wrong, but I can't find the reason.

Can you (or someone else familiar with .NET and C#) please have a look
at the example (contrib\issue-tracker-plugins\ExampleCsPlugin)?
