Hi Bulent,

Please get into contact with Ali Karaoglu who has started the Turkish translation and check which parts you can translate. I would like to avoid double work if possible.
1) Install poEdit on your PC <http://poedit.sourceforge.net/>
2) Check out <http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/Languages> You'll get more than one language, but the Turkish translation ill be in the folder too. (user guest, no password)
3) Update from .pot file and translate :)
4a) Send your first translations file to translators_at_tortoisesvn.tigris.org. I'll check the first ones for beginner mistakes :)
4b) Then Create an account at tigris.org and send me your user name, so that I can give you commit access.
