TortoiseIDiff suggestions

Hi,

I'd like to put some work to improve TortoiseIDiff. Things that come
to my mind first:

* The toolbar icons are not very good. When I look at them, I see
"some orange & green stuff" and it's hard to tell which icon means
what. IMHO.
* The slider in alpha overlay mode is a bit weird. I'd like to make it
nicer. Somehow :)
* More image comparison modes. For me, XOR more is pretty much
useless. I'd want: difference mode, and indicating pixels that are
changed mode (e.g. original image with changed pixels in red).
* Scroll wheel and panning behaviour has corner cases that are non-
intuitive (e.g. view small image, use scroll wheel so that it's out of
screen, drag scrollbar, poof - the scrollbar disappears).

I can do the coding work and some icon work. I'm not a graphics
designer though, so icons would not be terribly good.
