[patch] menu size isn't correct in revision graph window

Hello!

I have already reported that some time ago, but it hasn't been fixed
yet.

If you maximize the revision graph window *horizontally*, i.e. by
right-clicking the maximize button, the main menu size is not get
adjusted. See the attached picture to see, how it looks like.

I've tried to fix the problem, but the only way I found was to reset the
menu.

Please consider applying the patch. I understand that it's not perfect,
but it works, and I see no other way to fix the problem.
