Feature request for rename dialog

Hi,

When doing a Right Click & Drag of a file to another directory, there are
two particular options I use from time to time:

Move and rename
Copy and rename

For both of these operations, after the drop, the "Rename" dialog appears
where you can enter the new name and press "OK". In the title of this
dialog, it says "Rename" in all cases. For a copy & rename operation, it
should say "Copy and Rename" in the title. Likewise, for a move & rename
operation, it should say "Move and Rename".

As weird as it sounds, I did the move & rename and left the rename dialog up
while I went to go get a drink. When I came back, I had no idea what I did
last. I had this dialog up that said "Rename", and I thought for a minute I
did a TortoiseSVN >> Rename on a file. Took me a few minutes to remember.
This seems like a relatively easy change to make.
