I just tried: TortoiseSVN-1.5.2.13697-dev-x64-svn-1.5.1-dev.msi

And it still doesn't work. The only thing I can think of that I did
that was out-of-the-ordinary for me, was swap between icon packs. I
would go to Settings >> Icon Sets and hit "Apply" on various icon
sets, restart my computer, and see how they look. I did this about 2-3
times. Once I found one I liked (Icon Set named Straight), I kept it
and then I found out the delete icon didn't show up moments later when
I did an SVN Delete on a directory that had other sub directories in
it (In other words, the directory does not get physically deleted by
TSVN, but only marked for deletion).

Perhaps you can try that? I'm not sure what else I can do. At one
point I also had the x86 and x64 versions installed concurrently, but
earlier this morning I uninstalled them both in favor of going
exclusively with x64.
