Draging files onto an editor does not work on files with spaces in names.

   Hi.

   When you drag a file, e.g. from an update result window, and onto an
editor, the editor (tested with Notepad++) can not open the file if it
has spaces in its name or path.

   My guess is that TortoiseSVN should quote the path & file names
passed to the editor.

   This really presents a problem since on Windows many folders that
might be interesting here contain spaces in their names by default, e.g.
'Documents and Settings'.
