SVN Add no longer prompts?

Hi,

I noticed that when I Right click some unversioned files and click "Add",
they are immediately added with no prompt. Previously a dialog would appear
showing that they were added. Has this been removed? I personally love that
it does not prompt anymore, but I didn't see anything in the changelog about
it. I'm using the latest nightly build.
