I've added you to the moderators for the dev list.

The job is pretty simple: you will receive a mail with "MODERATE for
dev_at_tortoisesvn..." in the subject every time someone sends a mail to
the list and is not subscribed. The mail contains instructions on what
to do (either hit 'reply' to accept the mail, or send a mail back to
reject it - for spam mails simply ignore it). The original mail the user
sent is at the bottom of the moderate mail you receive. Check whether it
is a real mail or spam. If it's a real mail, hit reply and send the mail.

Note: if you ever set up an auto reponder (e.g., vacation mails like "be
back on XXX"), you have to tell us *before* you do that so we can remove
you from the moderators - otherwise the autoresponding mail will reject
every mail!

Stefan
