confusion ?

Another one:

In "check-for-modifications" dialogue:
1. "Check repository" --> Revision = 303
2. "Show unmodified files" --> No changes, Revision = 303
3. "Show properties" --> Remote property status disappeared, Revision = 273
    IMPORTANT: No hint, that from now on the view changed from remote to local.
    If I wouldn't have had this property "svn:mergeinfo", I wouldn't have recognized it.
IMHO this is confusing also.

At least, please rename Button to "Refresh to local modifications", of simply "Check local".

"Refresh" for me means, that if somebody remotely has committed to the repository, that I can get
the new repository state to my screen.
