No password-prompt for svn+ssh

Hi,

I'm confused, because TortoiseSVN doesn't prompt for password for the
password for SSH-connection (I think it prompted for a password in
earlier versions). The only way to use svn+ssh is to authenticate by
pagent, but if I forget to add the key before the first online-action,
the process freezes and I have to kill plink by the task manager.

Is there any way to make (Tortoise)plink prompt for a password (e.g.
telling TortoiseSVN not to pass "-batch" to plink)?
