Can you provide more information on what the bug is in svn 1.5.1? I don't
see it referenced anywhere.

I'm currently getting TortoiseSVN and Subversion packaged up for deployment
in our company. Is it a good idea to package up Subversion 1.5.1 and
TortoiseSVN 1.5.2 (we require that everyone install both command line and
TortoiseSVN), or would it be better to wait for the next Subversion release.
