deleting file/moving file to recycle bin

Hello!

The state of the shift key is checked at the wrong time, when you try to
delete a file through some dialogs.

1) place a non-versioned file under wc, start check-for-modifications
dialog.

2) hold the shift key, right-click non-versioned file, *release* the
shift key, select the 'Delete' menu item.

You will be prompted to permanently delete the file, even though the
shift key wasn't held.

3) right-click non-versioned file without holding the shift-key, hold
the shift key *after* the menu pops up, select the 'Delete' menu item.

You will be prompted to move the file to the recycle bin, which is
wrong.

Sincerely yours,

Ivan Gerasimov
