Can you send me (privately) Asaf Salhov's email address?

Also, can you send me the source for DateTest.exe ?

There are three common sources for daylight saving fixes for the
Jerusalem time zone. I need to talk to Asaf to figure out which one he
used, as well as what version he's using. Hopefully, I'll then be able
to reproduce not only the problem, but also recommend on a solution.
