I've already had the possibility to test this (and fix TortoisePlink). 
So it works for common svn+ssh setups now (in the nightly build).
For those which it still doesn't work: there's nothing I can do about 
that - if not even the original plink works, then it's either an issue 
with the server setup, plink itself or the Subversion library.
