BUG - button [...] does not browses the repository

I installed yesterday the 1.5.0, Build 13316.
Today I found that the button [...] in the "branch tag" and "merge"
dialogs, that should open the repository for browsing, opens a file
browser dialog.
The button is the one with three dots "..." near the URL pulldown
menu.
I think that the problem is generalized on all the buttons near such a
menu.
