Right Click >> Tortoise_SVN >> Repo Browser Fails with UNC pathed repos.

This may be similar to Stefan.Fuhrmann's
"Re: Show log fails on file repository with log caching enabled"

If so, sorry for the repeat.

From a browser window, if I try to open the Repository Browser by right
clicking on the link (Ex. Right Click >> Tortoise_SVN >> Repo Browser ), it
fails to open if the link is a UNC path.
1. This was not an issue on Tortoise 1.4.x
2. This is an issue with 1.5.0
3. This is not an issue from windows style path.
