My mistake, I believe. On my XP system, menu words are all capitalized in
the Microsoft software and apps. However, this appears to have changed as of
Vista (see this
<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa511502.aspx#labels> reference).
Either that or Microsoft hasn’t been following their own guidelines.

Ah, sorry, I meant “SVN Copy and rename versioned file here”. Yes, it still
comes up this way in build 13358.
