Not sure if this is related, but if you have 2 repo browser windows
open and you try to drag from one to the other you get the strange
'server busy' dialog shown in the screenshot. It doesn't make a lot of
sense: there's no option to cancel, and what does 'switch to' mean?

If the windows are for 2 different repos you also get an error message:
Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
Unable to open repository 'file:///c:'
Can't open file '\c:\format': The filename, directory name, or volume label
syntax is incorrect.

Hopefully that is picked up in the same UUID check in r13364.
