Line ending markers in TMerge

Hi folks,

There has been some comment about the line ending markers in the issue
tracker (FS#418), with a request for an option to show/hide line
ending markers.

Another thing that occurs to me is that we could show the markers only
when there is a difference between sources, or where the endings are
inconsistent. That would clean up the display in most conditions and
make it stand out more where problems exist.
