repainting problem in commit dialog

TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 13157 - 32 Bit -RC3, 2008/06/07 09:03:24,
Windows XP Professional SP2

List view control sometimes fails to repaint the "watermark".

Here's one way to reproduce it:

1) modify some directory's property,

2) create a new file under that directory,

3) start the commit dialog for that directory, check the "show
unversioned files" button, so you'll see both the directory and file
under it.

4) right-click on the file and add it to the ignore list.

That's it (see the picture).
