Hi Stefan,

thanks for your RC, it looks and feels just very cool!

One minor note: the icon sets other than 'XP style' does not have an
icon for ignored and non-versioned. Consequently the overlays are broken
if you choose for example 'modern' and have the option 'Show overlay for
ignored items' and 'show overlay for unversioned items' enabled. (At
least on my computer)

And a textual note: sometimes you name it 'non-versioned', sometime
'unversioned'.
