Bug (1.5): 'ignore' icon showing up where it shouldn't...

Hi,

First, below is my version information for TSVN:
TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 13121 - 64 Bit -dev, 2008/06/03 21:54:25
Subversion 1.5.0, -dev
apr 1.2.12
apr-utils 1.2.12
berkeley db 4.4.20
neon 0.28.2
OpenSSL 0.9.8g 19 Oct 2007
zlib 1.2.3

My operating system is Windows XP Professional x64

I have some versioned projects in C:\IT\personal, however when I browse to
C:\ I see that all of the folders in there except for 1 has the gray overlay
icon which is usually placed over files that are marked as svn:ignore. Why
are these icons being overlaid outside of TSVN working copy directories? Is
there a way to fix this or is it a (known?) bug? Help is appreciated.
