Translators needed

Hi Lübbe,

I don't know if you noticed but on the translators-needed page on
tortoisesvn.net there have been 2 comments added. Mohsen Sajjadi has
also mailed the dev list and I've seen your reply, but the other
(Vugar Mehrali, who has offered to look at Turkish and Russian) has
not, so may have been missed.

Can we disable comments in more places to 'encourage' people to post
to the list instead

BTW, good to see the huge number of translation commits that have been
coming in the last few days :-)
