Settings/Unified diff viewer

Hi Stefan,

In the settings for Diff and Merge we name the default program
(TortoiseMerge), but for unified diff we just say 'default'. As
TortoiseUDiff is now included in the installer it makes sense to name
it in the settings dialog.

I know, another resource change just before release.
