branching 1.5.x this weekend?

Hi,

Subversion will release their RC8 in a few days, most likely before the
weekend. The RC8 is supposed to be the very last one before the final
1.5 release (if all goes well, the final 1.5 will be the same as the RC8).

So I'd like to build TSVN-1.5.0-RC3 built against that RC8 this weekend
and at the same time create our stable 1.5.x branch if nobody has any
objections.

That means that translators should *now* start finishing their
translations. After the 1.5.x branch is created, you would have to merge
your translations yourself to the 1.5.x branch because I can't just
merge stuff without knowing if the merge was successful (sorry, but I
don't know all the languages, so I can't be sure whether a merge was
successful or not).
