Inline diff bar never displayed at TMerge start-up

Hi,

When starting TortoiseMerge, the inline diff bar in never shown, even
thought is is enabled. I than need to go to the menu and turn it off
and on again.

I'm using the latest nightly, thought this bug appeared a couple of
nightly builds ago - don't know exactly when I saw it first.
