It claims the registration was successful, but when I try to add an
integration in TSVN->Settings I get a message bubble which says

"The issue-tracker provider could not be created. Please check that it
is installed correctly". My reg file is attached, just in case it
tells anything useful.

I also installed the atl plugin, but that does not show up in the list
of providers, unless it is ... wait a minute, that's it showing up as
"Run issue tracker command". It would be a bit more obvious as an
example if it was listed as "ExampleAtlPlugin - Run command" OSLT.
