RepoBrowser: please refresh subtree by default on 1st launch

Hi all,

it's annoying to wait double time (for me both is >60 sec.):
1.) for connection to the repository on opening RepoBrowser.
2.) for refresh by Ctrl-F5

If you see problems for huge repositories, provide "no-refresh" option
in settings
In question only to a reasonable depth.
